Yes. Interiors aren't affected, and we replace gray skies with blue at no charge. If your order includes drone and weather keeps it grounded, we'll contact you the morning of the shoot, and you can reschedule at no charge.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by GetShown Media LLC, doing business as GetShown ("GetShown," "we," "us," or "our"), to the client ("Client" or "you"), including real estate photography, videography, aerial/drone media, 3D tours, floor plans, property websites, virtual media, and related digital media services ("Services"). By booking or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.1. Copyright Ownership: GetShown retains the copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, aerial media, and other original media created in connection with the Services, except for third-party products or content subject to separate ownership or licensing terms.
1.2. Grant of License: Upon full payment, GetShown grants the Client who paid for the Services a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the delivered media to market the specific property associated with the order, as follows:
Agents: for that listing of the property, including if the same listing is relisted. A later sale of the property requires a new shoot or a separate license.
Property owners (including long-term and short-term rentals): for marketing and renting the property for as long as the Client owns it.
1.3. Permitted Usage: The license permits use of the media on the MLS, brokerage website, agent's website, social media, real estate portals, digital advertising, and printed marketing materials related to the property.
The license is granted solely to the hiring Client or Agent. Media may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or provided for independent use by third parties, including builders, architects, interior designers, stagers, property owners (unless the owner is the Client who paid for the Services), other agents, or subsequent listing agents, without written permission from GetShown and a separate license.
1.3.1. License Fee: A party who did not pay for the original Services may request a license to use existing media. The license fee is 70% of the original order price, with a $150 minimum, and covers one listing or six months, whichever ends first. Renewals are charged at the same fee.
1.4. Commercial and Promotional Use: Use of delivered media for purposes unrelated to marketing the specific property, including commercial advertising, builder or designer portfolios, publications, or other third-party commercial uses, may require additional licensing and fees.
1.5. GetShown Promotional Use: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GetShown may use media created in connection with the Services for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, demonstrations, and other promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and reasonable privacy considerations.
2.1. Scheduling: Bookings must be made through GetShown's designated booking platform or otherwise confirmed by GetShown. Appointment availability may vary based on location, service requirements, photographer availability, weather, and other factors.
2.2. Independent Photographers and Service Providers: GetShown may assign employees, independent contractors, photographers, drone operators, editors, or other service providers to fulfill an order. The Client's agreement is with GetShown Media LLC regardless of the individual assigned to perform or assist with the Services.
2.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: A $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
If the Client reports less than 24 hours before the appointment that the property will not be ready or accessible, the $75 late cancellation fee applies.
If a photographer arrives and the property is inaccessible, substantially unprepared, utilities are unavailable, or other conditions prevent the scheduled work, the property may be photographed as-is with the Client's approval, or a return visit will be scheduled for a $99 return visit fee.
2.4. Property Preparation: The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, decluttered, staged, accessible, and ready to photograph before the scheduled appointment.
Our photographers may make minor adjustments when reasonable but are not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving furniture, or extensively preparing a property. Up to approximately 10 minutes may be allowed for minor preparation at the photographer's discretion.
2.5. Access and Waiting Time: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and timely property access instructions. Photographers are not required to wait more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time when access is unavailable or the property cannot be photographed.
2.6. Weather, Drone, and Safety: GetShown reserves the right to modify, postpone, or reschedule services when weather, airspace restrictions, FAA requirements, property conditions, safety concerns, equipment limitations, or other circumstances make completion unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.
Drone services are always subject to applicable FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, visibility, and the discretion of the Remote Pilot in Command. GetShown does not guarantee that aerial services can be completed during a particular appointment.
Weather or safety-related rescheduling initiated by GetShown will not incur a cancellation fee.
3.1. Payment: Payment terms will be displayed during ordering or invoicing. GetShown may require payment at the time of booking or before delivery or download of final media. Media may be withheld until all amounts due have been paid.
3.2. Delivery: Completed media will be delivered digitally through GetShown's designated delivery platform or another electronic method.
3.3. Turnaround: Standard real estate photography is generally delivered within 24 hours, with delivery guaranteed within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Video, virtual tours, floor plans, specialty editing, third-party services, or unusually large projects may require additional processing time.
Turnaround times may be affected by circumstances outside GetShown's reasonable control, including severe weather, technical outages, third-party platform delays, or extraordinary project requirements.
3.4. Third-Party Products and Services: Certain products, including property websites, floor plans, virtual tours, Zillow-related products, and other digital services, may rely on third-party platforms. Availability, functionality, hosting duration, and features of these products may be subject to the terms and technical limitations of those providers.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any permission necessary to enter and photograph the property and represents that GetShown and its assigned service providers are authorized to enter the property and perform the requested Services.
The Client is also responsible for notifying occupants, owners, tenants, property managers, security personnel, or others as necessary before the appointment.
GetShown is not responsible for valuables, pets, unsecured property, or conditions at the property outside the reasonable control of the assigned service provider.
If the Client believes delivered media contains a material error or does not reasonably reflect the Services ordered, the Client should notify GetShown promptly.
GetShown will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether correction, re-editing, replacement, or a reshoot is appropriate. Changes requested because of conditions existing at the property during the original appointment, changes made to the property after the appointment, or preferences not communicated before the shoot may be subject to additional fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetShown Media LLC's total liability arising from any individual order, whether based on contract, negligence, or another legal theory, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to GetShown for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
GetShown Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Services, delivery delays, third-party platforms, or use or inability to use delivered media, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By booking, purchasing, or using Services provided by GetShown Media LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
GetShown may provide digitally altered or enhanced images at the Client's request, including but not limited to virtual staging, object removal, sky replacement, lawn enhancement, screen replacement, or other modifications to the appearance of a property.
When material modifications are made, corresponding original images may also be provided when appropriate.
The Client and/or listing agent is solely responsible for determining whether and how digitally altered images may be used and for ensuring compliance with all applicable MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising requirements, laws, and disclosure requirements. GetShown does not determine or guarantee MLS compliance on behalf of the Client.
By downloading, publishing, or otherwise using digitally altered media, the Client accepts responsibility for its use and for making any required disclosures.

GetShown does not sell your personal information.
GetShown may use independent contractors, photographers, editors, virtual assistants, technology providers, and other service providers to operate our business and fulfill orders.
Information necessary to complete an assignment, such as the Client's name, contact information, property address, access instructions, appointment details, and requested services, may be provided to the individuals or companies responsible for fulfilling that assignment.
These parties are expected to use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to GetShown and its clients.
Information related to a real estate property may be shared with photographers, editors, hosting platforms, real estate technology providers, and other vendors as necessary to produce and deliver the Services ordered.
Delivered photographs and other media may also be displayed publicly when used for real estate marketing, MLS listings, property websites, social media, portfolios, or other uses authorized under our Terms of Service.
Our website and third-party platforms may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, or similar technologies to provide functionality, understand site usage, improve services, and measure marketing effectiveness.
You may restrict cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect certain website or booking features.
GetShown relies on third-party providers to operate portions of our business. These may include booking and scheduling platforms, media processing and delivery systems, payment processors, cloud storage providers, email and communications providers, analytics services, real estate technology platforms, and other business software.
Information may be shared with these providers when reasonably necessary to provide their services.
Third-party platforms may maintain their own privacy policies and terms governing information processed through their systems.
GetShown takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
No internet-based service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may retain personal information, order records, communications, transaction information, and delivered media for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide ongoing services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal and financial obligations.
You may contact GetShown to request access to or correction or deletion of certain personal information we maintain about you.
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes or when required by law, accounting requirements, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications or contacting us directly.
GetShown's services are intended for real estate professionals, property owners, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
